All items are sent Airmail.

Europe - approximately 5-7 working days

Worldwide - approximately 5-15 working days

The times do not include any delay at your country’s customs which may happen from time to time

Customs forms will not be marked 'gift' so please don't ask!

Items are despatched once a day Monday-Friday.

Problems

Returns:

Should you change your mind after receipt, any item returned should be unused and in its original packaging

* Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

* Buyer is responsible for return postage

Cost refunded will be sale price minus postage costs.

Damaged and Misdescribed Items:

Occasionally, items do get damaged in transit

Damaged Items:

Please retain all packaging and contact me as soon as possible.
I will ask you to return the item and packaging EXACTLY as received. (at my expense). You will then receive a replacement item or a refund.

Lost Items:

Please notify me as soon as possible if you suspect your item is lost.
