Payment
We accept
PayPal or Bank Transfer within Europe. Payment for items
ordered is due immediately if ordered via Paypal shopping
basket. Please
contact
us to pay via Bank Transfer with a list of codes and
quantities. Any items found to be out of stock will be
refunded as soon as possible.
Payment for
Shipping
This is
calculated by weight, and is included in the item cost.
So the price you
see is the price you pay - no extras
added on afterwards!
Despatch
When your order has been placed your item is
ordered from the makers for the soonest possible delivery to
us, then despatched to you within one working day of receipt
on our premises.
We despatch all items within
21 working days
of receipt of
cleared funds. We despatch only Monday - Friday
and not on Spanish bank holidays.
Shipping Times
Spain - approximately 3-5
working days after despatch Registered
Post (Certificado)
Europe - approximately 5-7 working
days after despatch

Worldwide - approximately 5-15 working

Orders:
If your order is
large, weighing more than 2kg, it may be sent by Economic
International Parcels.
Customs
The above times do not include any delay at your country’s
customs which may happen from time to time in countries
outside the European Union. Customs forms will not be
marked 'gift' so please don't ask!
Minimum
Order
There is NO minimum order: you can order just
one item if you so wish.
Stock
All stock is brand new and unused in sealed
packaging.
Problems
All claims for delivery shortages and damages
must be reported to fleursfantasies.com within 3 days of the
delivery date. All goods come with a 14 day
satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not
happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14
days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an
alternative product or refund your money (postage and
packaging costs are non refundable).
Returns conditions
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict
health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days
from the day you receive your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the
above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return
the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed
packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non
exchangeable.
